ATC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., Singapore to Acquire 51% Stake in M/s. Viom Networks Ltd.

AS proposed by M/s. ATC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. Singapore to acquire major take in M/s. Viom Networks Ltd. has been approved by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. M/s. ATC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. Singapore  with now have 51% of shareholding in M/s. Viom Networks Limited by way of transfer from existing shareholders. This acquisition is at the cost of Rs M/s. ATC Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. Singapore will leverage  FDI with an inflow of Rs.5,856.51 crore into the telecom infrastructure of the country.
