DNA is not only responsible for serious diseases

According to the researchers, only DNA disturbances are not responsible for serious or genetic diseases. Our food style also plays a very important role in this. The research, conducted by three scientists led by Professor Rolf Ludwijz of Lubeck University, was published in the latest study of Nature magazine. The team of researchers who researched Indian food included Dr. Artem Vorovyev of Russia, Dr. Yaska Shejin of Israel and Dr. Tanya Gupta of India.

Indians fight with diseases

Research conducted for two years on Indian food and Western foods has revealed that high-calorie diets of fried foods promote genetic diseases. In contrast, Indian food has very low calories (low calories), which play an important role in fighting diseases. Research published in Nature magazine states that till now only DNA was responsible for all the genetic diseases that we get from our ancestors and parents. In this research, these diseases were focused on the food used in everyday life.
