Step by Step Process To Link Adhaar Card To PAN Card

1. To link Aadhar card with PAN card, first you have to login to the Income Tax efiling portal.
2. On this website, you will see the option of 'Link Aadhaar' on the left side, click on that link and a new tab opens,
3. Fill your PAN number, Aadhar number and name entered in Aadhar card.
4. Click have to OK to accept  terms and conditions
5. Enter captcha code and you can link your Aadhaar and PAN.

Status check process

To check the status of linking PAN card with Aadhar card follow the folloing steps

1. Visit the Income Tax e-filing website.
2. Go to the website and go to the Aadhaar status and click on incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/aadhaarstatus.
3. Enter your PAN and Aadhaar number.
4. Click on the option 'View Link Aadhaar Status'.
5. Status of PAN-Aadhaar linking will be displayed on the screen.
